-Custom Workout

Click the Menu tab (upper right hand corner)

Select “Workouts”

Click the “+” button next to Custom

Select the date the workout is to be published.

Create your custom workout- Name your PT, Enter WOD details under “Description type”. Then Choose a Scoring option.

Select “Publish” The workout will automatically Publish to your athletes.
-Pre-loaded WOD’S and Strength Lifts

Click the Menu tab

Select “Workouts”

Click on the “+” button next to Functional, then select the subcategory (depending on the workout type and workout you wish to select. (Strength, Endurance, Benchmarks, Girls, Gymnastics, Heroes, and Notables.) Scoring type is already calculated in these preloaded workouts.

Select the workout you wish to publish.

Change the date to the date you wish to publish workout

Select “Publish”
